**On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Schedule**

• On-call hours include Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM – 6:30 AM every 3rd week

**On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities**

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise
• Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN
• Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
• Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly
• Perform light housekeeping tasks

**On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Benefits**

• A daily stipend of $10 is provided when covering one campus and $20 when covering both campuses

## Qualifications
**On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA)****Qualifications**

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course
• Must be at least 18 years of age
