The Digital Payment Services Specialist II provides operational support across multiple departments, with a strong focus on Retail operations, while helping improve processes that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and member satisfaction. This role performs all responsibilities of a Digital Payment Services Specialist I and takes on additional duties related to troubleshooting, vendor coordination, system support, fraud monitoring, and process improvement.

## Job Qualifications

**EDUCATION:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

**CERTIFICATION:**

Complete Online/mobile banking vendors virtual classes (Online Banking, Bill Pay & Ext Transfers & Person to Person Payments (P2P)) within six (6) months of appointment.

**EXPERIENCE:**

Two (2) years of financial institution experience. Preferably in digital banking, cards, or payment services.
