This is a 40 hour per week position.

Work hours are somewhere between 7 am and 5:30 pm dependent on the position and patient needs. Some positions may work on a Saturday rotation with hours between 7 am and 12 pm.

This position may require traveling to all of our locations.

**Responsibilities:**

To perform an extensive number ofdata collection functions as delegated by the physician to allow for proper professional diagnosis of patients and to do so in a way that instills patient confidence in the treatment. Demonstrate ophthalmic technician skills.

**Education & Experience:**

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

**Essential Skills and Abilities:**

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the eye, optics, testing techniques, utilization of equipment relative to position.

• Efficient on computers, type at least 30 wpm

**Preferred:** COA, COT, or COMT certification
