**Pay:** $31.50/hour
**Schedule:** We are seeking a part-time (16-hour per week) LPN to work third shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on Friday and Saturday nights.

As a **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**, you’ll provide compassionate, individualized care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in home and community-based settings. **What You’ll Do**
- Provide exceptional nursing care and oversight by implementing health care plans, charting vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Support individuals in their daily routines, offering personal care and health guidance as outlined in each Individual Support Plan (ISP).
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with the individuals you support and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, guardians, and team members to ensure holistic, person-centered care.

## Requirements and Responsibilities
**What You’ll Bring**
- A **current, active Connecticut LPN license.**
- Have a **valid CT driver’s license, a**clean driving record and have reliable transportation.
- Must successfully complete all required federal, state, and regulatory background checks as a condition of employment, including criminal history, driving record, and a pre-employment physical examination, in accordance with Connecticut and federal law.
- **CPR & First Aid certification** (or willingness to obtain — training provided).
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to person-centered care.
- The ability to lift and support individuals with limited mobility when needed.
- (Preferred) Experience working with the **Department of Developmental Services (DDS)** nursing policies and procedures — training provided if needed.
