## Description
**Work Schedule:** Full time, Monday & Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. w/ flexibility
**SUMMARY:**
The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all treatment services for the homeless clients that come into our Drop-in Center.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

  • Coordinates all treatment services, including onsite medical services, psychiatric services, case management services, and substance abuse services.
  • Creates and implements both group and individual clinical supervision to staff.
  • Coordinates mental health crisis intervention in conjunction with the Psychiatrist and the Sr. Program Director
  • Assures that coordination of services in the community occurs.
  • Oversees Drop-in Center Triage area and ensures that intakes are completed.
  • Works to ensure that new clients are assigned to the appropriate staff for services.
  • Supervises contracted medical services, psychiatry, and Mental Health Workers.
  • Conducts weekly supervision with direct reports.
  • Implements and monitors ongoing Quality Improvement and performance improvement projects.
  • Conduct staff evaluations for the Clinical Staff.
  • Provide 24 hr-on call clinical expertise.
  • Conduct and document client drug/alcohol testing.
  • Ensures the overall charting quality, with emphasis on the timely implementation of individualized service plans and follow up.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:**

  • MSW or in related field required and LMSW preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of homeless services, substance abuse, and/or mental health treatment.
  • Experience with Clinical/Administrative supervision, individual and group counseling needed.
  • Computer and statistical skills are required.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills and ability to establish workload priorities needed.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written.

## Qualifications
