Area Director Family Services Divsion

## Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Hospitality House, Family Supported Housing (FSH), Emergency Family Shelter, and “The Richmond” adult family shelter, ensuring compliance with all contractual, legal, and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Policy & Compliance to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure trauma-informed, low-barrier, and housing-first service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Director of Planning & Evaluation to monitor program outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with finance to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory fiscal requirements and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with development and finance to expand program capacity and funding by writing government and private proposals.
• Is on-call support to the division Program Directors.
• Budget: Approximately 7million dollars

## Qualifications

Position requires a Masters degree in a related field and a LCSW/LMSW with previous administrative experience, preferably working with our population or comparable experience in the field of social services. Needs to establish workload priorities and balance diverse projects. Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing, with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues or regulations. The Physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed. In addition, the Area Director of Family Services Division shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the program and the clients that we serve.
