• Help keep our pools safe by actively monitoring swimmers and responding when needed.
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for members and program participants.
• Teach engaging swim lessons using the YMCA of the USA swim curriculum (for Swim Instructors).
• Participate in paid training, ongoing education, and team development opportunities.

## Qualifications

• ✅ A **minimum age of 16 years**
• 📄 **Current certifications** in:
• Lifeguarding
• CPR/AED
• First Aid
• Oxygen Administration
• 💡 *OR* a **willingness to obtain certifications** before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)
• 🧘 A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail
• 🗣️ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• **Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.**
