Summary: The Sporting Clay’s Grille is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and dedicated individuals to join out Food and Beverage team. The hired candidate will have the opportunity to work at one of the most beautiful facilities in the industry

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following

• Server
• Greet guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink and/or service
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
• Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal/drinks have been completed
• Totals bill and accept payment or refer the patron to the cashier
• Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
• Bartender
• Receives orders from Patrons and wait staff
• Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
• Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized
• Ensures customers are of legal drinking age by check photo IDs
• Collects money from customers for drinks prepared and served
• Uses proper judgment and, when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive
• Removes empty bottles and trash
• Performs other duties as assigned

## Qualifications

• None

**Qualifications**

• RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
• Previous food and beverage experience is a plus
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Cash handling experience is a must
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Possess working knowledge of wines, beers and liquors
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
