**Summary:** We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join the Highlands Ventures LLC team at our Mulligans Restaurant located at Highlands Golf Course at Hidden Valley, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following

• Greets guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink, and/or service
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
• Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meals/drinks have been completed
• Totals bill and accepts payment or refer the patron to cashier
• Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
• Other duties that may be assigned by superiors

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
• Must have cash handling experience
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Previous food and beverage experience a plus
• ServSafe certification is a plus
