Key Responsibilities

The Associate, Financial Reporting is responsible for bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and producing financial reports for ultra-high net worth individuals. This role requires a strong command of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, client-ready deliverables.

This position will report directly to the Managing Director, Head of Financial Reporting.

**Bookkeeping & General Ledger Accounting**

  • Perform bookkeeping for family entities, which may include individuals or other related entities within QuickBooks
  • Maintain client general ledgers, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost allocations across multiple entities
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective entries

**Financial Reporting**

  • Generate client reports using QuickBooks for monthly, quarterly, and annual client deliverables
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules

**Reconciliations & Cash Reporting**

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial records
  • Support cash management reporting, including sources and uses of cash for family members and related entities
  • Support financial operations related to residential holdings and acquisitions, including recording of related transactions
