**Position Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Day Cleaner** to join our facilities team. This role is essential in ensuring our members arrive to a pristine and welcoming environment every morning. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates well independently, and understands the high standards of a premier private club.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Morning Preparation:** Execute a comprehensive cleaning checklist to ensure all common areas, dining rooms, and locker rooms are tour-ready before membership arrival.
• **Surface Care:** Dust, polish, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• **Floor Maintenance:** Sweep, mop, and vacuum various flooring types, including hardwood, tile, and high-end carpeting.
• **Restroom Sanitation:** Clean and disinfect restrooms throughout the clubhouse and replenish all paper products and soaps.
• **Waste Management:** Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring all liners are replaced and disposal areas are kept tidy.
• **Glass & Entryways:** Clean interior glass, mirrors, and entryway doors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
• **Supply Management:** Monitor cleaning inventory and notify management when supplies need to be restocked.

## Qualifications
**Requirements & Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Previous experience in professional cleaning, janitorial services, or high-end hospitality is preferred but not required.
• **Reliability:** Must have dependable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive for early morning shifts.
• **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds for the duration of the shift.
• **Attention to Detail:** An eye for the "small things" that contribute to a luxury atmosphere.
• **Professionalism:** Ability to maintain a neat appearance and provide a polite, professional demeanor if encountering members or staff.
