What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional OT services to evaluate and treat patients in their homes
• Work closely with a compassionate care team
• Help patients regain independence and quality of life

## Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Active CO OT license
• 1+ year in acute care & home health (required)
• Medicare home health experience is highly preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care
• EMR experience
