**What You’ll Earn:**

• **$90,000–$110,000/year** for full-time roles, based on experience
• Top pay for RNs with **OASIS and home health expertise**

• **What You’ll Do:**

• Perform **Start of Care**, **Recertification**, and **Discharge OASIS assessments**
• Manage a home health caseload with clinical autonomy
• Collaborate closely with our supportive, nurse-led leadership team
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For:**

• Active **RN license** in Colorado
• **Home health and OASIS** experience preferred — the more the better
• Reliable, organized, clinically sound, and patient-centered
