## Description

We're looking for a skilled **PRN Speech Therapist** to join our home health team. If you're independent, organized, and ready to make an impact - this is a great opportunity to work flexible hours while doing meaningful clinical work in the field.

**What You'll Do:**

• Complete in-home speech evaluations and treatment
• Build customized care plans based on patient needs
• Help patients improve speech, swallowing, and cognitive communication
• Work closely with Nurses, PTs, OTs, and Aides

## Qualifications
**What You'll Need:**

• Active Colorado SLP license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• CPR certified
