**A Day in the Life of Our PTA:**

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled, medically necessary treatment interventions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering a variety of therapeutic procedures (manual techniques, exercises, modalities, etc.).
• Monitoring patient progress and collaborating with the PT to adjust treatment plans.
• Documenting objective measures and justifying continued services.
• Educating patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress.
• Ensuring meticulous record-keeping in our electronic documentation system.
• Participating in patient care conferences and continuous learning opportunities.

**What We're Looking For:**

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• **Current and active PTA license (REQUIRED).**
• One year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
