The primary duties of a **Lead Plumbing Installer** include

• Lead and supervise plumbing installation crews on residential projects.
• Install water, waste, gas, and drainage systems according to local and state codes.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor requirements.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers.
• Communicate professionally with customers
