The **Residential Electrical Installation Manager** oversees daily field operations, manages installation teams, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code. This role bridges the gap between office planning and on-site execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and coordinate residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
• Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local regulations
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications with crews
• Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions on-site
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular job site inspections

## Qualifications

• Either 3 years' experience in a plumbing management position OR 7+ years in the plumbing trade
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of residential wiring, panels, and code requirements (preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Service Titan experience (is a plus, but not required)
• Valid driver’s license
