## Description
**EJ Home Services** is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning. We have serviced Santa Clara and the surrounding Bay Area since 2006. We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We continue to grow every year and are looking for full-time employees to join our team. We are looking to bring on a warehouse associate to help manage our inventory and run parts to our employees. We are looking for a full-time member to be on our team.
The primary duties of an **Electrical Install Lead** include managing and performing the installation and upgrade of electrical systems in residential settings. This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction. The Install Lead is responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to local codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.

## Qualifications
**Job Requirements:**
- Pre-employment background check
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Valid drivers license
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- 3 years experience in residential electrical company
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes.
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and other residential electrical systems.
- Experience with service upgrades, generator installs, smart home wiring, and low-voltage systems is a plus.
