Earth City Lead Teacher

## Description

The Lead Teacher will work full-time, approximately 36-40 per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Model core values - flexibility, dependability, professionalism
• Implement curriculum and complete daily projects
• Communicate daily with parents
• Submit lesson plans to the Director
• Conduct seasonal playdates
• Follow and complete weekly framework
• Complete all required paperwork (attendance, child daily sheet, food program, etc)
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Responsible for assisting the Director in training Assistant Teacher
• Attend bi-monthly staff meetings

## Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous Childcare or classroom experience preferred
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 35lbs frequently each shift
