## Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day logistics, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, and delivery coordination. This position plays a critical role in maintaining supply chain continuity and supporting project success across the business. This role is also responsible for ,
optimizing our supply chain operations and contributing to our overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, data analysis, and team leadership within a similar industry.
**Essential Job Functions
Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Operations**
- Lead the warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams, including drivers, associates, and warehouse admin staff. This includes a team of 6-8 staff, including lead, a shipping coordinator, and warehouse staff.
- Oversee incoming material inspections, shipping accuracy, and outbound delivery coordination.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
**Inventory Control**
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to maintain accurate records of all products, parts, and supplies.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine reorder levels and optimize stock.
- Develop strategies to reduce excess inventory, improve turnover rates, and maximize storage space efficiency.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper inventory valuation and cost analysis.
**Team Leadership & Coordination**
- Foster cross-department collaboration with production control, purchasing, project management, shop, and installation teams to ensure material readiness aligns with project milestones.
- Support the development of SOPs and process improvements for procurement and warehouse operations.
**Reporting & Process Improvement**
- Track and report on KPIs related to procurement cycle times, warehouse throughput, and delivery performance.
- Implement systems and workflows that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.

## Qualifications
**Requirements**
- Associates degree in Inventory Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management and/or Warehouse Management
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Excel and other ERP systems.
- Previous management experience preferred, with a history of overseeing a team of at least 3-5 individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
