**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Follow all recipe and prepare according to business needs
• Daily set up of food service line, drink station and prep area
• Regulate production and package side items and desserts
• Prepare and stock line with appropriate side items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area
