## Description
GENERON is a diversified manufacturing group with operating companies in multiple business segments. The position would involve working with the various General / Sales Managers to support their overall sales strategies.
The top candidate should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities; Internet Site Updates, Press Releases, Trade Show Support, Product Brochure Development

**Objectives of this Role**
- Working with the various business units identify target audiences, and develop marketing materials with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Implements the company's overall creative content marketing strategy based on specific goals and objectives
- Analyze competitive markets for best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and develop key insights for future campaign development.
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Analyze and update web sites working with our third-party internet hosting company as required
- Review and update key marketing material and update as required. This will involve product brochure development, press releases, web site content updates etc.
- Gather customer and market insights from various sources to optimize the approach used internally to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing sales support as required
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and recommend changes accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with eye for creativity
- Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns including brochures
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
- Willingness and ability to travel
