OUTDOOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR/YARD WORKER

## Description

Prinsco is looking for a Yard Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support daily yard operations by safely moving, loading, and organizing products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment.

**What You Will Do**

• Load and unload product shipments safely and efficiently
• Operate forklift and yard equipment to move finished goods
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain organized yard inventory and storage areas
• Inspect equipment daily and report any issues
• Support accurate load verification and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company processes
• Provide courteous service to customers picking up products

## Qualifications
**What You Need**

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or outdoor work experience helpful
• Ability to operate or learn forklift operation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and higher weights occasionally
• Ability to bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
