### 🛠️ **What You’ll Do**
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be a vital link between our production and supply chain operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing **daily cycle counts** and inventory accuracy checks
• Coordinating **inbound shipments** from vendors and intercompany transfers
• Receiving and unloading materials, maintaining **organization and stock levels**
• Accurately entering data into our system to support operational efficiency
• Maintain yard layout, cleanliness, and organization
• Supporting production with timely and accurate inventory availability

## Qualifications
### ✅ **What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking someone who is self motivated, organized, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have

• **High school diploma or GED** (required)
• At least **6 months of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment** (preferred)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Be able to communicate effectively across departments
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Physical ability to lift up to:
• 25 lbs consistently
• 50 lbs up to 1/3 of the day
• 75 lbs less than 1/3 of the day
• Ability to read and interpret standard documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
