Facilities Tech

## Description

The primary objective for Facilities is to in maintaining a clean and safe environment for Service Techs. Facilities Techs also assist in making minor repairs and some preventive maintenance.

**Job Duties includes:**

• Use of floor scrubber in shop area to clean service bays (training provided)
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Collect cardboard in shops and place in baler
• HVAC filter replacement
• Maintenance on all battery operated equipment
• Remove trash from shops and exterior of campus
• General cleaning of shop sinks, lifts and walls
• Collecting used tires and place in tire pick-up area
• Collection of used oil and fuel filters and place in proper collection containers
• Landscaping
• Complete assigned work orders
• Reporting any potential hazards or damage to supervisor
• Additional items assigned by the Facilities Manager and Director

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate will subscribe to our positive work environment, be a great team player, have a good personality, positive attitude and great work ethic. Facilities is a 40-hour work week position with some occasional overtime.

We require a valid Florida driver's license at the time of appointment to this position, Knowledge of basic hand tools and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
