**Starting at $18.00/hr – up to $18.50/hr (based on experience)**
*Full Time & Part Time Positions Available – All Shifts*

### What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, and walking
- Encourage independence while providing compassionate support
- Answer call lights promptly and make rounds at the beginning and end of shift
- Obtain and record resident weights as scheduled and report any changes
- Assist with personal laundry following proper procedures
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, and Resident Rights policies
- Report to Health Services staff for daily assignments and updates
- Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times

## Qualifications
- Current **Home Health Aide certification** required
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care
