**What You’ll Do**

• Lead and support CNAs
• Collaborate with the care team on individualized plans
• Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications
• Monitor for changes and communicate with providers
• Help coordinate smooth, effective physician rounds

## Qualifications
**What You Need**

• Active RN license (NYS)
• CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred—but not required
