**What You’ll Do**
- **Daily HR Operations:** Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and clerical support across the entire **Human Resources Department**.

- **Compliance:** Ensure all daily HR practices adhere to labor laws and company policies.
- **Onboarding & Benefits:** Facilitate engaging new hire orientations and guide employees through their benefits packages.

## Qualifications
**Education & Experience**
- **Education:** Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year of general office experience** required.
- **Systems:** Hands-on experience navigating **Paycom** (or a similar comprehensive HRIS system) for personnel tracking and benefits administration is highly preferred.
**Skills & Abilities**

- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to make independent decisions when necessary and handle emotionally upset or hostile individuals professionally.
- **Healthcare Aptitude:** Patience and empathy required to relate and work harmoniously with ill, disabled, elderly, and sensitive populations.
- **Technical:** Strong technological skills, particularly with **Paycom**, Microsoft Office, and digital record-keeping.
