  • **Compliance:** Ensure all daily HR practices adhere to labor laws and company policies.
  • **Onboarding & Benefits:** Facilitate engaging new hire orientations and guide employees through their benefits packages.

## Qualifications
**Education & Experience**

  • **Education:** Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year of general office experience** required.
  • **Systems:** Hands-on experience navigating **Paycom** (or a similar comprehensive HRIS system) for personnel tracking and benefits administration is highly preferred.

  • **Technical:** Strong technological skills, particularly with **Paycom**, Microsoft Office, and digital record-keeping.
