Full time 11a-7p
**What You’ll Do:**

• Prepare and cook hot meals for lunch and dinner service, following recipes, menus, and production requirements
• Coordinate production to ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food
• Batch cook items for timely service on the lunch tray line
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met throughout preparation and storage
• Properly utilize leftovers in collaboration with the Supervisor to minimize waste

## Qualifications

**What You'll Need**

• Previous cooking experience in healthcare, hospitality, or food service preferred
• Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
