## Description
**Job Purpose:**

• To provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the quality and freshness of produce, maintaining attractive displays, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering assistance.
• Maintaining the quality and freshness of produce through proper handling, storage, and rotation.
• Creating and maintaining visually appealing produce displays.
• Stocking and replenishing produce items.
• Following safety and sanitation procedures.

-Assist in training incoming personnel.

**Additional Duties:** Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.

## Qualifications

**Required Education:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent

**Required Experience:**

• 1+ years of experience in produce handling and display
• Experience with stocking, rotating, and culling produce

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

• Knowledge of produce quality and freshness standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
