**\*\*\*$350 Hiring Bonus to be paid out $175 at hire/$175 at 6 months\*\*\***

Come and join WellQuest a Great Place to Work Certified Company. We currently have an opening for a Housekeeping/Janitorial position. We are looking for mature and energetic individual who is a quick learner and can work with minimal supervision.

**Duties:**

• **Schedule: Full Time, 3pm - 11pm. Must be able to work weekends**
• Empties wastebaskets and replaces liners as needed.
• Completes cleaning assignment using approved chemicals in a safe and sanitary manner. Duties may include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning carpets or floors, cleaning windows, wiping of fixtures, balconies, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Cleans and vacuums common areas.
• Cleans public restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of Laundry Floors and elevator floors
• Maintain cleanliness of carpet, shampoo carpet.
• Replenishes soap, towels, and toilet tissue.
• Changes light bulbs.
• Keeps trash and dumpster areas clean.
• Cross trains in the laundry. May be requested to assist in the laundry upon occasion.
• Attends and participates in committees, training programs and staff meetings.

Performs other duties as assigned

## Qualifications
**Ability and Experience requirements:**

• Must have criminal record clearance.
• Must clear a physical and TB test
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required
