## Overview

Empire & Co. is seeking a highly organized and motivated **Furniture Sales Coordinator**to join our Tampa team. This hybrid role will support Account Managers and play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial client engagement through installation.

The position requires working **three days per week in our Tampa office**, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work remotely.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with client communication and day-to-day project and account needs.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate internally with Design, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track orders, timelines, and project milestones from order placement through installation.
  • Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings, site visits, and installations.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Support Account Managers with ongoing client relationships and account needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and client expectations are met.

## Qualifications
## Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, project coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-service mindset and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Interest in commercial furniture, design, or workplace solutions preferred.
  • Ability to work from the Tampa office three days per week.
