**POSITION: Registered Nurse**
**SALARY: $49.00 - $63.00 per hour DOE**
**LOCATION: Keller, WA**
**Summary:**
San Poil Valley Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a community-focused healthcare setting.
**New Hire Incentive:** Eligible candidates may receive a**signing bonus**, paid according to the organization's bonus payment schedule.
**Essential Functions:**

• Provide hands-on patient care, ensuring that the patient’s needs and preferences are respected in all aspects of their care
• Work with the physicians and healthcare team members to administer nursing interventions and provide treatment
• Provide education to patients and their families about health issues
• Develop plan of care for patients based on the patient's health history, health behavior and in collaboration with other healthcare professional
• Ensure confidential handling of sensitive team member information in line with data protection policies and laws
• Performs other duties as assigned

## Qualifications
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and 2 (two) years of clinical nursing experience; OR
• Associates Degree in Nursing (AND) and 4 (four) years of clinical nursing experience
• Basic Life Support and Wound Care Certifications are required within initial 90 (ninety) days of employment
• Ability to understand, speak, communicate and read the English language
• Ability to utilize RPMS and EHR proficiently

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Manual and finger dexterity to complete duties
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and reach
• Ability to push and pull frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 (fifty) pounds periodically
• Sufficient visual acuity to write, recognize printed materials, computer screen, and notice non-verbal behavior

Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.

If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance.
