**POSITION:** LPN
**SALARY:** $ 45.12 per hour
**REPORTS TO:**Director of Nursing
**LOCATION:**Convalescent Center, Nespelem WA
## Qualifications

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington ; AND have 12 months of experience in a long-term care facility required.
• Knowledgeable of nursing, medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Must report abuse and neglect to State Hotline as a mandated reporter.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to cover extra shifts when able, as this facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Must successfully clear an extensive Criminal History Background Inquiry and maintain throughout employment.
• Must maintain a State Drivers’ License and be eligible for the Tribes’ insurance throughout employment.
