**POSITION:**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
**SALARY: $37.43 - $45.59**
**LOCATION: San Poil Valley Health Center - Keller, WA**
**Summary:**
San Poil Valley Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner while promoting quality healthcare services to patients and families in our community.

**New Hire Incentive:** Eligible candidates may receive a**signing bonus up to $5,000**, paid according to the organization's bonus payment schedule.
**Essential Functions:**
- Provide direct nursing care within the scope of LPN practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
## Qualifications
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain prior to hire.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Basic computer and electronic health record proficiency.
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting patients throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.

If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
