**Title: Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish-English) – 1099 Contractor

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Virtual)

Engagement Type: Part-time, 1099 Contractor

  • Duration: 20-25 hours per week for 6 months
  • Pay Rate: $70/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish and English**

**About the Opportunity:**

Exude Human Capital is seeking a contract recruiter to support a community-based hiring effort for an organization in North Philadelphia. This engagement will focus on sourcing and screening candidates (totaling eighteen hires), all of which require Spanish fluency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have strong community ties and/or awareness of the Philadelphia talent market, and have prior experience recruiting for non profit organizations. The ability to accurately assess Spanish language proficiency in candidates is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with managers to identify hiring needs (18 open positions, role type, core competencies)
  • Advise leaders on crafting/revising job descriptions aligned with organizational goals
  • Recommend recruitment channels and job boards to maximize reach and diversity
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers
  • Develop interview guides to ensure consistent and fair evaluation
  • Coach hiring teams on interviewing compliance and documentation practices
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews efficiently
  • Guide managers through background check requirements
  • Support leaders in extending or declining offers respectfully and strategically

Ensure applicant tracking system updates and candidate disposition
## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Proven recruiting experience for customer-facing roles
  • Have strong community ties and/or awareness of the Philadelphia talent market
  • Familiarity with non-profits and community-based organizations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting defined deliverables
  • Ability to work 25 hours per week for the duration of the 6-month engagement
