| Role and Responsibilities - Provide routine geriatric health care services to residents in an assigned area based on resident needs. - Provide assistance with activities of daily living. - Provide engagement to residents in a way that honor their preferences and encourage residents to participate in Life Enrichment events. - Taking and recording vital signs and other data regarding the resident’s physical and mental status. - Participate in resident care planning - Participate in peer reviews to monitor quality care issues. - All other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent - Current listing as Nurse Aide on the NC Department of Facilities Services Nurse Aide Registry without substantial findings - CPR Certification-Adult Module(American Red Cross or American Heart Association) |
