### **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and legal support across business, real estate, and litigation matters
- Draft, revise, and format legal documents, including contracts, leases, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage complex calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal)
- Coordinate closings and transactional documentation for real estate and business matters
- Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with billing, time entry, and matter management
- Support trial and appellate preparation, including compiling exhibits and filings
## Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in business law, real estate, and litigation
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation
- Experience with e-filing systems and case management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation

- Experience supporting transactional work (business or real estate closings)
- Familiarity with litigation processes, including trial preparation
- Background working with financial institutions or business clients
