## Description
Main job function will include

• Assign duties to hourly employee per shift
• Communicate shift progress with upper management
• Track employee attendance
• Witness by not issue disciple to hourly employees
• Starting and ending duties required per shift

## Qualifications

Our Warehouse Lead will be able to perform all roles in the warehouse as well as

• Have excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, lead by example, help develop team members to maximize work production, support all company directives, and be dedicated to the company's core values.
• Our Lead Warehouse Associate will work hands on and be able to oversee all aspects of distribution and inventory.
• Perform duties essential in closing paperwork, deposit, verifying payments and scanning invoices
• Follow up on emails from customers and management
• Follow up with Drivers and Warehouse Associates throughout the shift
• Prioritize orders for the next day
• Report all issues

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the facility manager to help lead the daily warehouse operations, including distribution, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies
• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in warehouse distribution
• Help ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Help coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery
• Perform regular audits of inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
• Utilize forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders accurately
• Handle heavy lifting tasks as required while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse and distribution center
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is preferred
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday
