**RN Night Supervisor – Skilled Nursing**
**Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Natick, MA**
**Hours: 11pm – 7:30am**, **rotating weekend on-call**
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN Night Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our overnight nursing team.

**What You’ll Do**

• Supervise and support nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) during the night shift
• Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition
• Provide direct nursing care as needed
• Ensure treatments, medications, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately
• Communicate important updates to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

## Qualifications
**What You’ll Need**

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• Graduate of an accredited or approved RN program
• At least two years of RN experience
• Previous supervisory or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
