Part-Time Sales Associate / Range Safety Officer (Weekday Open Availability)

## Description
Freedom Outdoors is looking for motivated team members with **open weekday availability** who enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**

• Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Create and update customer profiles.
• Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and special events.
• Process retail transactions accurately.
• Serve as a Range Safety Officer (training provided).
• Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, rentals, and accessories.
• Work with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• Friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Firearm knowledge preferred but not required.

**Availability Requirements**

• Open availability **Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM**.
• Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Holiday availability is required.
• Occasional weekend availability is a plus.
• Typical schedules range from **15–30 hours per week**, based on business needs

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.
