## Description
Summary
Under general supervision, while conforming to established policies and procedures, is responsible for providing high-quality customer service.
Position Expectations
- Demand deposit and savings account transactions, safety deposit box activities (if available)
- Check cashing and selling monetary instruments.
- Cross-sell bank services and make product referrals.
- Will attend training sessions and participate in training exercises for various banking topics.
- Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
- Assist with balancing ATMs and the TCR.
- Assists other tellers with balancing, resolving problem situations as required.
- Will be cross trained to perform Universal Banker duties if needed.
- Also performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- The analytical ability to resolve balancing discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. College degree is preferred.
- Cash handling experience
- Sales or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual applicants will receive special consideration.

- Ability to type and file documents proficiently
