We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Food Service Cook to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

**Schedule Requirement:** This position requires **full open availability**, including weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on operational needs.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Prepares meals, including therapeutic diets and special menu needs for residents.
• Maintains food safety standards, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
• Monitors food temperatures, refrigerators, freezers, and required logs daily.
• Manages food deliveries, stock rotation, inventory, and menu support.
• Supports dining service, teamwork, safety practices, and other assigned kitchen duties.

## Qualifications
**What You Bring**

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in quantity cooking and special diets, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic for quantity recipes.
• Experience directing employees and leading kitchen staff.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.
