We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Part Time Fitness Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Leads fitness classes and exercise programs for senior residents.
• Supervises and trains Fitness Center staff on safe exercise practices and resident care.
• Assists residents with workout plans, equipment use, and exercise progress tracking.
• Monitors equipment safety, resident health needs, and reports maintenance issues.
• Supports teamwork, safety practices, and organizational goals within the community.

## Qualifications
**What You Bring**

• College degree in Sports Science or related field required.
• Current personal trainer certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience working with seniors in exercise programs preferred.
• Ability to manage staff with strong confidentiality and sound judgment skills.
