Quantrell Auto Group is hiring a Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department supporting our GM, Volvo, and Subaru franchises in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Parts Counterperson plays a key role in supporting our service department, technicians, and retail customers by ensuring accurate identification, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts

## Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and service advisors with automotive parts identification and ordering
• Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems
• Process retail, wholesale, and internal parts orders accurately
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Maintain accurate parts inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
• Process returns, warranties, and core returns
• Support an organized and efficient parts department workflow
• Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure timely repairs

## Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
