**Your Potential**
**Starting pay is $16/hour with reviews every 6 months. After working full time for one year you will be eligible for 2 pay increases based on your performance.**

• Trained Operators can earn monthly **performance** and **attendance** bonuses ranging up to several hundred dollars
• First-year Dispatchers’ average hourly rate is between **$16 - $18** including bonuses and overtime (not mandatory). Double time is paid on holidays.
• Experienced Dispatchers average from **$18 +** per hour (after the first year)
• Opportunities for double time pay

**Job Description**

• Customer Service
• Dispatch to Police and Fire departments across the country
• Work as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Monitor alarm systems using our software and systems
• Follow established dispatch protocols and procedures
• Professionally answer and respond to incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintain all telephone calls with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
• **Starting shifts includes weekends**
• Full time schedules available after training
