About Bike Mechanics

Bike Mechanics ensure all e-bikes are properly maintained, safe to operate, and in optimal working condition to support daily delivery operations and on-time performance.

Here is a sampling of some of the responsibilities

• Diagnostic
• Part Replacement and maintenance
• Drivetrain repairs
• Motor and Battery diagnostics and replacement
• Trailer Maintenance
• Brake Bleeds
• Wheel Truing, spoke replacement, wheelbuilding
• Equipment testing and assessment

## Qualifications

Ideal Candidates

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Respectively communicate with clients, team, and customers
• 2+ years (preferred) of experience maintaining or repairing e-bikes or standard bicycles
• Skilled in using maintenance software to record repairs, manage service logs, and ensure all work is accurately documented.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable standing, kneeling, or working in various positions for extended periods
• Ability to push, pull, turn, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 Ibs in weight when handling bikes, tools, and equipment
• Ability to adhere to established safety guidelines.
