We’re looking for a skilled and experienced **Commercial Plumbing Mechanic** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial job sites while upholding the craftsmanship and service excellence that define Roby Services.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
#### **Installation & Layout**

• Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate layout and installation.
• Perform testing on piping systems to verify integrity and compliance with project specifications.

#### **System Maintenance & Repairs**

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
• Replace or repair pipes, valves, and fixtures as required.
• Conduct pressure and leak tests to confirm proper system operation.

#### **Quality & Compliance**

• Ensure all installations meet local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail on every job.
• Follow company and OSHA safety policies on all job sites.

#### **Team Collaboration**

• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Coordinate with other trades on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with the team effectively.

#### **Customer Service & Representation**

• Provide professional, courteous service to all clients and partners.
• Represent Roby Services with integrity, professionalism, and respect on every job site.

#### **Tools & Equipment**

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
• Report tool or material needs promptly to ensure uninterrupted work.
