We’re looking for a motivated and dependable **Plumbing Apprentice.**In this role, you’ll learn from experienced professionals while assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial properties. This position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career in the plumbing trade.

## Qualifications

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
#### **Assist with Installations**

• Support lead plumbers in the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in commercial buildings.
• Learn how to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

#### **On-the-Job Training**

• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including repairs and adjustments.
• Develop hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems and specialized tools.
• Take initiative in learning new techniques and understanding job site procedures.

#### **Compliance and Safety**

• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Use protective equipment properly and report any hazards to supervisors.

#### **Team Collaboration**

• Work closely with experienced plumbers, foremen, and project managers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support project timelines.
• Show initiative and a willingness to assist wherever needed on site.

#### **Material and Equipment Management**

• Help prepare and clean up job sites before and after work.
• Organize and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and ensure tools are in proper working order.

#### **Documentation**

• Support the team in maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Learn to document installations and service reports according to company standards.
