What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to design custom, high-end residential landscape projects tailored to their vision and lifestyle.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and estimates that build excitement and confidence.
• Develop detailed, buildable plans using AutoCAD and 3D design software.
• Collaborate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Guide projects from concept through completion while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Review project budgets, costs, and profitability to support overall success.
• Generate and cultivate leads during the off-season to prepare for upcoming projects.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that keep Suncrest Gardens at the forefront of the industry.
• Participate in ongoing sales meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

## Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience designing high-end residential landscapes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software preferred
• Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for landscape design and outdoor living
• Portfolio of previous work strongly preferred
